Cleaning your DPF will safeguard the environment,
further the life of your filter, help maintain engine power,
and promote fuel economy

Our factory authoized cleaning process includes:
To start, a data sheet is completed with customer information,filter manufacturer and serial number to document all processes performed on the filter for the cleaning process. If a serial number doesn't exist a serial number of our own is created for the unit.

The cleaning process procedures are:

1. Filters are first weighed and flow tested as received.
2. The filters are then given an initial cleaning, reweighed and re-flow tested.
3. The filters are put in the oven for a lower temperature cure designed at
   driving off any unburned hydrocarbons.
4. The filters are once again cleaned reweighed and reflowed.
5. The filters are put back in the oven for a high temperature cure that changes
   any remaining soot into ash.
6. One final cleaning, reweigh, flow test and then the filters are readied to ship.
